摘要：Summary: the concern for sustainable development has been growing on the agenda of academia, private companies, governments and society at large. In this paper a framework for the inquiry on governance of networks with social aims is proposed based on theories of knowledge management in networks. For this purpose, a case study was used to contribute to further understand the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship in the generation of innovation, from the point of view of a network governance process.
