摘要：L’interrogatori policial forma part de la fase d’investigació del procediment judicial (Llei d’enjudiciament criminal (LECrim), títol V), durant el qual la recuperació de la informació pot ajudar en el procés de recerca que comporta la resolució d’un acte delictiu. En aquest context, l’àmbit forense del llenguatge judicial i policial (Language of the Court and the Legal Process,en anglès) estudia el discurs i les estratègies lingüístiques que sorgeixen a partir de la interacció establerta durant l’interrogatori entre la policia i els sospitosos que són interrogats. A Espanya, la LECrim no obliga a fer públic aquest procediment d’interrogatori policial i els protocols actuals adopten la forma d’una entrevista oral no registrada electrònicament. L’única representació de la interacció que existeix és un document escrit per la policia anomenat acta de declaració. L’anàlisi lingüística que es presenta en aquest article suggereix que les pràctiques actuals no compleixen amb l’objectiu desitjat d’obtenir informació útil per a la investigació i per al tribunal que ha de jutjar el cas.
其他摘要：Police questioning is part of the investigation phase in the criminal justice process, governed in Spain by Title V of the Criminal Justice Act (Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal, LECrim). The information gathered during this procedure can aid the investigation process required for the resolution of a criminal act. Within this general framework, the specific area of language in police and judicial procedures concerns the study of the linguistic and discursive strategies that can be identified during the interaction between police and suspects during questioning. In Spain, the LECrim does not require the police questioning procedure to be made public, and the current protocol is to conduct a spoken interview that is not recorded electronically. The only physical record of the interaction that takes place during the interview is a transcript produced by the police called the acta de declaración. The linguistic analysis of these documents presented in this article suggests that current practices do not meet the objective of obtaining information that is useful to the investigation for the court judging the case.
