摘要：La situació socioeconòmica actual és una invitació que no es pot rebutjar a la cerca de noves vies per a l'obtenció de l'èxit. La formació dels treballadors i amb això l'augment del seu nivell d'ocupabilitat continua essent un factor imprescindible per al desenvolupament d'habilitats i competències professionals. Davant de l'evolució tecnològica i la seva incursió en les noves eines d'aprenentatge, es fa necessari el paper d'un guia, allunyat del rol docent tal com el coneixem, i que s'acosti a les persones per comprendre les necessitats i dificultats que tenen. És necessari fer un esforç important per a motivar, orientar i, en definitiva, perquè els estudiants siguin els protagonistes del seu propi aprenentatge. El paper del teletutor adquireix gran rellevància, ja que la societat sembla evolucionar cap a sistemes de formació e-learning, blended-learning, etc., en què l'eix de l'aprenentatge té com a punt de referència l'estudiant. Per tant, és necessari entreveure les necessitats socioeducatives reals, i contextualitzar eines que ja existeixen i altres de més noves, al ritme real d'aprenentatge, comptant amb professionals que aportin un valor afegit a la seva intervenció com a tutors.
其他摘要：In the current socio-economic situation, the need to search for new roads to success cannot be disregarded. The training of workers, leading to an increase in their employment possibilities, continues to be a necessary factor for the development of skills and professional competences. Faced with technological evolution and its advance within new learning tools, the figure of a guide becomes necessary, which, unlike the role of the teacher as we know it, must stand closer to the individual in order to appreciate their needs and difficulties. Great effort is essential to motivate, guide and, all in all, ensure that students become the protagonists of their own learning process. The role of the ‘teletutor' acquires great relevance given the fact that society appears to be evolving training systems such as e-learning and blended learning, where the learning process takes the student as the point of departure. It is therefore necessary to discern the real socio-educational necessities, and contextualise existing and more novel tools, and adapt them to the true rhythm of learning relying on professionals who provide added value as guides.
