摘要：We investigate the law 10.264/2001 during the period of 2005 to 2008 in order to comprehend in which actions these funds were invested in and to see which relationships were or have been established inside the dynamic of sportive field as a consequence of this law. During the four years, COB received R$314.9 million from this source. Understanding why these laws are created to benefit sportive entities of performance sports in Brazil, we would highlight the strategy of using sport to promote a political system or a nation. In addition, COB needs the federal government for financial incomes, but also with a symbolical supply to support its projects.
