摘要：This study about small and infantile team training affiliated to Rio de Janeiro Volleyball Federation has the objective of mapping the conception of the trainers about the development of the athletes and identify the theorist bases which subsidize them on their training programs. As analyzing the speech of ten coaches, they reported difficulties on working with female teenagers at puberty and believe that the division Under 13 and Under 15 represents the first stage of a long-term training.
