摘要：O presente trabalho tem como objeto de estudo investigar a formação de educadores na Esefego, a partir da implantação do currículo de 1994. Analisam-se criticamente o processo e os reflexos do mesmo, utilizando referenciais teóricos e a realidade vivenciada naquele contexto com o objetivo de amenizar as dificuldades encontradas por nós, professores de Educação Física, no cotidiano escolar. 其他摘要：This study aims at investigating the formation of educators at ESEFEGO, after the implementation of the 1994 curriculum. The process and its effects are critically analyzed through theoretical references and through the reality experienced in that context, in order to attenuate the difficulties found by Physical Education teachers in the school routines.
