摘要:The purposes of the study were to measure the Burnout dimensions in Physical Education teachers from the Northeast Region of Pará State, as well as to compare the levels between genders and between graduated and undergraduate teachers. The sample consisted of 40 Physical Education teachers. Participants completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory - Educators Survey (MBI-ES) and a demographic questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Student’s t test. Intermediary Burnout dimensions levels were found. No gender differences were found. Graduated teachers scored higher for emotional exhaustion dimension. The results suggest a higher risk of Burnout development in graduated teachers.
