摘要：Trata-se de texto resultante de evento sobre educação a distância e formação de professores realizado na UFG. Na ocasião, foram geradas questões pelos participantes, que, por sua vez, estão sendo, agora, problematizadas em colaboração. Nesse movimento cognoscente, propomo-nos mais do que responder às questões geradoras; propomo-nos decodificar e codificar conceitos e princípios da educação como prática da liberdade mediada por tecnologias educacionais livres e abertas.
其他摘要：This text was written as the outcome of an event held at the Federal University of Goiás on distance education and teacher formation during which questions were raised by participants and are now being problematized collaboratively. In this meeting of minds, we propose to do more than just answer the questions raised. We propose to decode and encode concepts and principles of education as a practice of freedom mediated by free and open educational technologies.
