摘要：Introduction: From laws to sentences, legal texts are to written in a language that is distance of major part of population. However, some initiatives that seek to approximate the citizen of the legislation can be found at public and private institutions. Marketing years, brochures, comic books and websites aims to approximate the citizen of their rights and duties which are guaranteed by laws. Purpose: to analyze the potential of the comic books to booklets as facilitators of legal information access. Methodology: Literature Review and image analysis of a comic books “A Turma da Mônica em: o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente” and two booklets to promoved by public institute “Procon-Mirim: formando consumidores conscientes” and “Os direitos humanos”. Results: Due to language capabilities as well as comic books and booklets history, magazines can be used to become the legal language more accessible. Conclusions: This paper highlight the value of studies that shows the importance of becomes legal language easier to understand.
