摘要：Este trabalho tem por objetivo discutir o acesso de recursos midiáticos por crianças de 0 a 6 anos, especialmente referente a questões como capacitação docente, alfabetização e intervenção do docente neste processo. Para este estudo foi desenvolvido o projeto piloto Espaço Multimídia Infantil, junto à Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, de forma a contemplar as múltiplas dimensões das crianças. Este projeto, implantado em uma das creches da rede municipal de ensino, teve seu início com a capacitação dos profissionais, objetivando promover reflexões teórico-metodológicas acerca do trabalho pedagógico relativo à informática educativa.
