摘要：Abstract In this paper, we introduce an implicit relation with a view to cover several contractive conditions in one go and utilize the same to prove a general common fixed point theorem for two hybrid pairs of occasionally weakly compatible mappings defined on 2-metric spaces. Our results extend, generalize and unify several known common fixed point theorems of the existing literature.
