摘要：Assistim al període de més mobilitat migratòria de la història i , encara que els motius d'aquest flux continu són diversos ( conflictes bèl·lics , desigualtats geoeconòmiques , etc . ) , una de les seves conseqüències més notables és la concentració creixent de grups minoritaris en algunes societats , fins al punt que arriben a convertir-se en un autèntic gresol multicultural . En aquest context , les actituds que els membres d'aquestes societats desenvolupen envers aquests grups són determinants per facilitar la seva integració i una convivència pacífica , harmoniosa i beneficiosa per a tots . Però el prejudici , entès com una avaluació negativa cap a un altre grup social , és consubstancial a qualsevol societat i especialment rellevant quan s'analitzen els conflictes intergrupals . A més , un cop s'han format , els prejudicis tendeixen a autoperpetuar-se en el temps; fins i tot poden arribar a ser realment resistents al canvi . Per això , en aquest treball , es pretén abordar aquest problema social a partir d'una àmplia revisió teòrica del prejudici i de les diferents propostes existents per reduir-lo.
其他摘要：We are currently witnessing the period of greatest migration movements in history. Although the reasons for this continuing flow of migrants are diverse and include war, geo-economic inequalities and others, one of the most remarkable consequences is the increasing concentration of minority groups in certain societies that become a multiethnic melting pot. In this context, the attitudes that members of these societies develop towards such groups are key to facilitating their integration and peaceful, harmonious and mutually beneficial coexistence. However, prejudice, defined as a negative evaluation of another social group, is inherent in all societies and particularly relevant when analyzing intergroup conflict. Furthermore, once formed, prejudice tends to be self-perpetuating throughout time and resistant to change. This paper aims to address this social problem through a theoretical review of prejudice and the different proposals to reduce it.
