摘要：La iniciativa comunitària Urban ha estat el principal instrument operatiu per a la regeneració urbana en el marc de la política regional de la Unió Europea durant els períodes 1994-1999 i 2000-2006. Un dels valors afegits principals de la iniciativa rau en la definició d’una metodologia de treball específica, caracteritzada per l’enfocament integrat de les estratègies de redinamització urbana, la participació dels agents locals en la definició i implementació de les actuacions desenvolupades, la cooperació i coresponsabiltzació de tots els nivells de l’Administració implicats, el foment de les pràctiques innovadores i la creació de xarxes d’intercanvi de coneixement. A més, el programa ha estat un interessant banc de proves i perfeccionament de tècniques, la qual cosa ha afavorit l’aprenentatge i la innovació en els diferents estats membres.
其他摘要：The Urban community initiative has been the main instrument for urban regeneration in the framework of regional policy of the European Union during the periods 1994-1999 and 2000-2006. One of the main aspects adding value to the initiative lies in the definition of a specific work’s methodology. This methodology is characterized by the integrated approach of urban revitalization strategies, the participation of local actors in the definition and implementation of planned actions, the cooperation and co-responsibility of all government levels involved, the promotion of innovative practices, and the creation of knowledge exchange networks. The program has been also an interesting test bench for the refinement of techniques, thus facilitating learning and innovation in the different member states.
