摘要：A principis del segle XXI l’activitat econòmica del Poblenou (Barcelona) es transforma i es produeixen canvis profunds que afecten la morfologia urbana i el comportament del conjunt d’agents econòmics i socials del barri. Aquest procés transformador té com a marc estructural una voluntat política que es manifestà en un pla especial de reforma urbana per convertir aquest eix de la ciutat en un nou clúster competitiu emmarcat en la revolució tecnològica i digital. Amb l’objectiu d’estudiar i avaluar aquest procés transformador urbanístic i econòmic, aquest article es divideix en dues parts. En primer lloc, amb l’exploració de fons bibliogràfics, l’article analitza el concepte d’economia del coneixement i les seves implicacions en el model productiu de les ciutats. En segon lloc, l’article se centra en l’estudi del desenvolupament de l’espai econòmic del Poblenou i la implantació del pla 22@ Barcelona en el període 2000-2006. A continuació, es discuteix la classificació i definició de l’activitat intensiva en coneixement en aquest espai concret. L’anàlisi demostra que la definició de l’activitat que genera l’economia del coneixement és ambigua. La delimitació del coneixement com a valor afegit en la producció no és fàcil de mesurar a causa del seu caràcter intangible, inserit en les noves tecnologies de la producció, i inclòs en tots els sectors econòmics
其他摘要：At the beginning of the 21st century the economic activity of the Poblenou (Barcelona) has been transformed and it has been producing deep changes that affect the urban morphology and the behavior of economical and social agents of the neighborhood. This transformation takes place within a political structural frame, which involves an urban reform plan to convert this axis of the city into a new competitive technological and digital cluster. To study and evaluate the urban and economic transformation process of the area, this paper is divided into two parts. First, from a literature review approach, the paper analyzes the concept of knowledge economy and the implications that this productive model has on cities. Second, the paper focuses on the study of the development of the economic space of Poblenou and the implantation of the 22@Barcelona plan in period 2000-2006. Then, the definition and classification of economic knowledge activities is discuted. The analysis demonstrates that the definition of knowledge economy is fuzzy. The concept of knowledge as added value in the production is not easy to measure due to its intangible character; however, knowledge is included in the production process thought new technologies and in other economic sectors.
