摘要：This article presents the analysis of the Implementation Program of Multifunctional Resources Room, addressing modes of constitution of this policy and data about the enrollment of students with disabilities and offering of the Specialized Educational Service in Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology was based on reading of the normative documents, of theoretical and methodological referential of analysis and evaluation of public policies and setting up school census data of 2009, 2010 and 2011, which show a significant increase in enrollment of students in SES and in the public school system of the State, an aspect that demonstrates the effects of current policy with regard to expanding student access to school.
