摘要：Sabe-se que no Brasil existe uma diversidade cultural significativa. A educação brasileira ultimamente vem incorporando em seus espaços a diversidade existente em seu território, considerando as diferentes regiões e questões relacionadas à etnia, classe, gênero e outros. O presente artigo visa discutir, de forma articulada, o movimento que fez emergir as políticas de ações afirmativas, e no seu interior, como um dos aspectos fundamentais desta política, a lei 10.639/03.
其他摘要：It is known that in Brazil there is a significant cultural diversity. The Brazilian education lately has been incorporating into their spaces to diversity in its territory, considering the different regions and issues related to ethnicity, class, gender and others. This article aims to discuss, in an articulate way, the movement that gave rise to affirmative action policies, and its interior, as one of the key aspects of this policy, the law 10.639/03.
