摘要：El presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los factores críticos que facilitan o dificultan la implementación del modelo de franquicias en Costa Rica. Para ello utilizará el contraste de criterios de diferentes actores que intervienen en el sistema de franquicias. Al final de la investigación se presenta un resumen que sintetiza las variables que más afectan el proceso de transformación de las empresas costarricenses en franquicias.
其他摘要：This paper is aimed at identifying the critical factors that ease or hinder the implementation of the franchise model in Costa Rica by contrasting the criteria from the different participants in the franchise system. The most important variables that affect this transformation from local small business to franchise are summarized at the end of the study.
