摘要：This article aims to demonstrate the key strategies planned and developed by non-governmental organizations - NGOs, working in the Raposa Serra do Sol - TIRSS, Roraima, before and after the withdrawal of non-Indians. After desintrusion, the area came under the responsibility of the indigenous leaders, coming from these coordinating the preservation and exploration of the area. The field research exploratory, qualitative approach, supported by the descriptive literature used consultation and data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The consultation literature shows that in the struggle for Indigenous Land was long and produced differences between the ethnic groups that now share the same territory. The process of removal of the non-Indians causing stirring up enmity between coordinators of the various entities representing the main ethnic groups occupying the area demarcated. One can not say that the lack of strategic planning to run postdesintrusion by NGOs stems from the disbelief in the removal of the non-Indians or permanently the way the Supreme Court decided the issue by limiting the power of indigenous over the area. The results indicate a lack of coordination of NGOs for joint management of the area. Little has changed in the way of work and there is an ongoing strategic planning that enables the achievement of sustainable development desired by the Indians.
