摘要：The organizations work to remain competitive in the face of yours competitors. Thus, they need appropriate organizational planning and control and that to target for decision making more accurate, thus aiming to maximize their results taking in account its available resources. Based on this context, this work had as purpose demonstrate the importance of controllership and yours management tools. For this, we performed an exploratory type of literature and documents. Moreover, interview was conducted with structured questions with 54 people involved to the area. For the analysis we used a qualitative approach. Thus it was possible to identify the controllership area provides support and information aligns the organization as a whole, that benefits the decision making of managers in a more consistent and reliable, which helps to achieve the desired results. Furthermore, it was found that the implementation of the Controllership can be obtained a better understanding of the organization processes and resource optimization thereof.
