摘要:The great organizations have realized the competitive edge that people have in the business environment and invested heavily in structured educational activities in order to improve performance and achieve higher levels of profitability. The Corporate Education, the focus of our work, emerges as a solution before this new reality. The problem stems from a reflection of the political-pedagogical proposal to work in Personnel Management of a Financial Institution (2008) and its five (05) Educational Principles: the student as the subject of learning, dialogue and awareness, questioning reality, complex approach multi referential and vision and learning to learn. The overall objective is to analyze the perceptions of employees working in the Financial Institution on the educational principles underlying the pedagogical performance of its corporate university. The results of our study show that the performance of the corporate university of the Financial Institution is effective, pedagogical principles are accepted, assimilated and understood by most staff and overall satisfaction with the performance of the corporate university is high.
