摘要：This articles presents a critic on a very approach on sociological analysis of the Brazilian environmental movement as a complex and multissetorial movement. This critic is expressed against the academic analysis of Eduardo Viola. For this renamed analyst of the Brazilian environment movement, one can comprehend the green actions by the networks they are articulating since the 80’s. For that reason, Viola describes an evolution of the environmentalists crossing different degrees, until to conquest the government sphere. The article discusses this point of view and refers to the risk of comprehending the movement on that way. The loss of radical message of the green is demonstrated here by reporting to the capture of the ecological discourse constructed by media, managers and government.
