摘要：Este trbalaho tem como objetivo de investigação o SIBEA – Sistema Brasileiro de Informação sobre Educação Ambiental, que é um projeto do Ministério do Meio Ambiente, do Governo Federal do Brasil. O objetivo deste artigo consiste em descrever como se deu o processo de idealização e construção desse sistema, buscando através de entrevistas e da análise documental, reconstituir sua memória até a sua vinda para a FURG. Nas considerações finais serão apresentadas algumas reflexões acerca do desenvolvimento desse sistema de informação e as expectativas para o seu futuro.
其他摘要：The object of investigation in this paper is SIBEA – Sistema Brasileiro de Informação sobre Educação Ambiental, a project os the Ministry of Environmental in Brazil that provides information about the environment. This paper aims at describing how this system was planned and implemented; interviews and the analysis of documents have reconstructed its history until it arrived ar FURG. In the final comments, I present some reflections on the development of this information system and the expectations for the future.
