摘要:Abstrac t- In this paper, we analysis and simulate the AODV, DSR and CBRP routing protocols for mobile ad-hoc network. Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is a collection of wireless mobile hosts without fixed network infrastructure and centralized administration. Commu nication in MANET is done via multi-hop paths. There is no stationary infrastructure. Each node in MANET acts a router that forwards data packets to other nodes. Therefore selection of effective, suitable, adaptive and robust routing protocol is of utmost importance. While of the protocols used in manet, there are mainly three types of protocols which are used for On-demand routing: Dynamic Source Routing (DSR), Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector Routing(AODV), and Cluster Based Routing Protocol (CBRP). During simulation we consider three metrics i.e Number of route discoveries, Hello messages and Source routing.
