摘要：Este artículo trata sobre la dirección escolar y su relación con los cambios que se exigen a los centros educativos en la actualidad. Esta necesidad de cambio surge como consecuencia de la implantación de la actual Reforma Educativa. A continuación se aborda la importancia que se concede al liderazgo compartido en el cambio educativo. Para finalizar, se hace referenda a algunos roles y funciones que se asignan a la dirección como consecuenca de los nuevos conocimientos sobre el cambio. _____________________________________ In this work we analyze several issues about management and their relationship with the changes that are required at the present time by educational reform. This necessity of change arises as consequence of the installation of the current Educational Reform. Indeed, we analyze the new concept of 'shored leadership' and the new roles assigned to the headteachers as a consequence of new knowledge about educational change.
