Tambien esta urgencia se extiende a los problemas endémicos que la educación como servicio público ha arrastrado a lo largo de las décadas y que va asociado a la lacra de la pobreza en un mundomercado que se dice global. La autora de este artículo propone una mirada crítica y reflexiva sobre esta problemática a la vez que plantea cuáles deberán ser las directrices de la función social de la escuela.
