摘要：O presente estudo versa sobre o Poder de Polícia Ambiental dos Municípios, destacando alguns aspectos relacionados diretamente à tutela do Meio Ambiente e à responsabilidade do poder público municipal na preservação ambiental, visando, em especial, o equilíbrio do desenvolvimento e do bem-estar em âmbito nacional, garantindo-os para as gerações presentes e futuras. Resta destacar a preocupação com a realidade existente, em face do aumento desordenado dos espaços urbanos, que poderão gerar danos ao meio ambiente, face à insensatez e ao descaso do gestor público, como também da própria sociedade.
其他摘要：This study focuses on the power of the Environmental Police of the municipalities, making some highlighted issues directly related to protection of the Environment and the responsibility of municipal government in environmental preservation, targeting in particular the balance of development of the nationwide well-being, grating it to the present and future generations. It remains for us to highlight concerns about the existing reality, due to human development and growth coupled with industrial, agricultural and urban areas, providing an increase cluttered urban areas, which may generate environmental damage, and to face the folly of indifference public manager as well as society itself.
