摘要：Using a grounded theory approach, nine research reports were analyzed with the goal of synthesizing a more unified theory of how spirituality is addressed in the supervision of counseling. The combined data were coded for purpose of spirituality in supervision, competencies, safety, assessment, conceptualization, reflection, and emergence. A synthesized model for supervisors, called SACRED, is presented that represents Safety, Assessment, Conceptualization, Reflection, Emerging Congruence, and Development.
