摘要：O artigo analisa os requisitos e exames necessários para o exercício da profissão de advogado em Portugal, no Japão e na França, comparando-os com o exame existente no Brasil. The paper analyzes the requirements and tests that are necessary for the exercise of the legal profession in Portugal, Japan and France — comparing them with the existing examination in Brazil.
