摘要：Debate sobre a política cultural no Brasil. Crescente preocupação dos meios acadêmicos e políticos com a questão cultural aumenta a necessidade de estudos. Proposta de agenda de debates sobre a política cultural do Estado: a) papel do Estado; b) política cultural; c) estrutura administrativa; d) formulação de políticas públicas; e) grupos, agências e projetos beneficiados; f) órgãos culturais e questão do nacional-popular; g) relação educação e cultura. Conclusão: necessidade de revisão da política cultural; autonomização das políticas do setor.
其他摘要：This article intends to start a discussion 01 Brazilian cultural policy, assuming, as a starting point, the scarcity of studies on the matter, what explains its limited development. Given the evergrowing awareness or scholars and politicians as concerns cultural problems, the necessity of specific studies in the area becomes an increasingly important issue. As a contribution toward that effort, the article suggests an agenda tor discussion of the official cultural policy, emphasizing the following points: a) the role that should be played by the State in the cultural held; b) the State's cultural policy; c) the administrative structure of the cultural sector; d) the public policy-making for the cultural sector; e) groups, agencies and projects gaining attention; 1) the State's cultural machinery and the question the concept or national-popular brings about; g) the relationship between education and culture. The author concludes his study stressing the necessity of a revised cultural policy, in which may prevail concepts of democratization and popularization, through a remodeling of the State's structure and the acceptance of more autonomous policies in planning destined for the area of culture.
