其他摘要：This article analyzes the question of government intervention in Brazil and in the world, specially in the economic sector. It tries to show that the determining factors of this process are closely related to the historical evolution of each country, thus being quantitatively and qualitatively differentiated. In the Brazilian case, the visible part of the "iceberg" is perceptible from the beginning of the 1930's. The article concludes that, in principle, a turning point is not impossible, but improbable.
