摘要：Globalization, the effective erasure of national boundaries for economic purposes, risks standards-lowering competition, an increased tolerance of mergers and monopoly power, intense national specialization, and excessive monopoliza tion of knowledge. The better alternative to globalization is internationalization, which advocates that the basic unit of community and policy remain the nation.
