摘要：El presente artículo tiene como finalidad, analizar detalladamente la legislación venezolana vigente para determinar cuáles son las obligaciones legales que deben cumplir las empresas y, en el caso en que éstas sean incumplidas, cuáles son las sanciones legales correspondientes. En la actualidad la mayoría de las empresas venezolanas han comenzado a sentir la necesidad de organizarse, mediante una buena planificación y control de sus actividades, lo cual incluye el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones legales, ya que el Estado venezolano cada día se convierte más en un ente fiscalizador y controlador de su gestión financiera, verificando continuamente el cumplimiento por parte de las empresas de sus obligaciones e imponiendo sanciones que van desde la imposición de penas pecuniarias hasta sanciones consistentes en penas privativas de libertad, todo ello aunado al hecho de que en la actualidad las empresas competitivas son aquellas que efectivamente demuestren ser las más organizadas en cuanto a su planificación, control y cumplimiento de sus obligaciones. Legal obligations of the companies: their importance in the field of business administration The purpose of this article is to analyze in detail the existing legislation in Venezuela to determine which are the legal obligations that must fulfil the companies, and in case of the sanctions in case of breach of the same ones. At the present time most of the Venezuelan companies they have begun to feel the necessity to organize itself, by means of a good planning and control of its activities, saving to it the fulfillment of its legal obligations, this does not have partly to that the Venezuelan State every day becomes more a being supervise and controller of its financial management, verifying continuously the fulfilment on the part of the companies of its obligations and imposing penalties that go from the imposition of pecuniarias pains to consisting of sanctions privative pains of freedom, all combined it to the fact that at the present time the competitive companies are those that indeed demonstrate but to be organized as far as their planning, control and fulfilment of their obligations.
