标题：โครงสร้างทางสังคมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความรุนแรงที่เด็กและเยาวชนถูกกระทำในโรงเรียน: กรณีศึกษา โรงเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในเขตภาคกลาง (Social Structures Related to Child and Youth Violence at School: A Case Study of School in Central Thailand)
摘要： The objectives of this study are to comprehend the meanings and configurations of school violence affecting children and to understand the whole social structure of school-based abuse and youth violence via the experiences and ideas of the student or others who are involved. This research found that the nature of and motivations behind school violence were related to conduct of teachers, friends, and people working at the school; these actors harmed students physically, mentally and sexually in addition to exacting latent violence by violating their rights. The configurations of school violence were diverse and depended on individual factors and local surroundings. Violence was related to the relationship structure between teachers and students, students and students, teachers and teachers, teachers and administrators, students and school staff. Violence in the case of abused youths was associated with conflict over shared social spaces among actors with different statuses, including over the legitimacy of ecological boundaries, school rules and individual status. Key words: Social Structure, Child and Youth Violence บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจถึงความหมาย รูปแบบและปัจจัยของความรุนแรงที่เด็กและเยาวชนถูกกระทำ รวมถึงโครงสร้างทางสังคมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความรุนแรง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากมุมมองของนักเรียนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องเห็นว่าความหมายของความรุนแรง คือ กระทำจาก ครู เพื่อน และบุคลากรในโรงเรียนที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อนักเรียนทั้งร่างกาย จิตใจ และเพศ รวมทั้งความรุนแรงแฝงหรือความรุนแรงเงียบ ซึ่งรูปแบบของความรุนแรงมีความหลากหลายภายใต้ปัจจัยของตัวนักเรียนเองและสภาพแวดล้อมที่ต่างกัน ความรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้นมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน นักเรียนกับนักเรียน ครูกับครู ครูกับผู้บริหาร และนักเรียนกับบุคลากร ซึ่งทำให้เกิดระยะห่างทางสังคมระหว่างผู้ที่มีสถานภาพต่างกันที่ส่งผลต่อความรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งโครงสร้างเชิงอำนาจที่เกิดจากพื้นที่ทางกายภาพ กฎระเบียบต่างๆ และสถานภาพของบุคคล มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับความรุนแรงที่เด็ก และเยาวชนถูกกระทำในโรงเรียนทั้งสิ้น คำสำคัญ: โครงสร้างสังคม, ความรุนแรงในเด็กและเยาวชน
