摘要： The purpose of this research was to develop causal relationships of sustained volunteerism in undergraduate students based on functional approach. The sample consisted of 658 students in junior and senior years from 23 universities around Thailand. Data were collected by questionnaires. Mplus Version 5.2 was used to analyze the data. The research findings showed that the proposed model fit well fitted with the data; χ2 (df = 227) 607.70 p = 0.00, χ2/ df = 2.68, CFI = 0.98, TLI = 0.98, RMSEA = 0.050 (CI=0.046-0.055), SRMR = 0.071. Most of path coefficients were statistically significant at 0.05 levels, although some paths were statistically significant only in the categories of students male or female.Keywords: Sustained volunteerism, Undergraduate student, Functional approach บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาโมเดลโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของการอาสาสมัครอย่างยั่งยืนในนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ตามกรอบแนวคิดหน้าที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 ใน 23 มหาวิทยาลัยทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 658 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรม Mplus Version 5.2 ผลการทดสอบโมเดล พบว่า โมเดลมีความกลมกลืนใกล้เคียงกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พบว่าในระดับดี กล่าวคือ χ2 (df = 227) 607.70, sig = 0.00, χ2/ df = 2.68, CFI = 0.98, TLI = 0.98, RMSEA = 0.05 (CI = 0.046-0.055), SRMR = 0.071 ผลการทดสอบพบว่า เส้นทางอิทธิพลเกือบทุกเส้นทางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และพบว่า มีบางเส้นทางอิทธิพลที่มีนัยสำคัญเฉพาะในกลุ่มเพศชายหรือเพศหญิงเท่านั้นคำสำคัญ: การอาสาสมัครอย่างยั่งยืน, นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี, แนวคิดหน้าที่
