摘要:This study focuses on valuing the internal communication process (formal and informal) in organizations dedicated to Communications. For this goal, the researchers studied the case of a Spanish Communication Corporation (identified under the nickname of Grupo FISA), observing its internal communication structure, applying interviews and tests to members of this organization. The current article pretends to contrast the formal and institutionalized communication with the actual informal way. Besides, we evaluated how the employers perceives the internal channels that support the transmission of messages of objectives, tasks, activities and troubles of the company. We concluded that internal communication is extremely linked to cultural system and that the organization identity lays on the ways-to-do and ways-to-be, and specially it's evident in orality.
