摘要：บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ระบบความปลอดภัยของพนักงานโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า บริษัท กุลธร แมททีเรียลส์ แอนด์คอนโทรลส์ จำกัด และศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ระบบความปลอดภัยของพนักงานโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนมอเตอร์ บริษัท กุลธรแมททีเรียลส์ แอนด์คอนโทรลส์ จำกัด ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิตที่ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องจักร บริษัท กุลธร แมททีเรียลส์ แอนด์ คอนโทรลส์ จำกัด โดยนำจำนวนประชากรมาทั้งหมด 116 คน มากำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปเคร็จซี่และมอร์แกน ได้จำนวน 92 คน และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการรับรู้ระบบความปลอดภัยของพนักงาน พนักงานมีการรับรู้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพนักงานมีการรับรู้ระบบความปลอดภัยด้านการควบคุมระบบความปลอดภัย และด้านการใช้เครื่องมือและเครื่องจักรอย่างปลอดภัยในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านการใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลพนักงานมีการรับรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก. 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ระบบความปลอดภัยของพนักงานพบว่า พนักงานมีสภาพการรับรู้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยสภาพการรับรู้ด้านการอบรม และสภาพการรับรู้ด้านการสื่อสารอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อเสนอจากงานวิจัยมีดังนี้ บริษัทควรให้ความสำคัญกับการอบรมเรื่องความปลอดภัย ซึ่งประโยชน์จากการอบรมเรื่องความปลอดภัยนั้นจะทำให้พนักงานทราบขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยและสามารถทำงานด้วยความปลอดภัยมากขึ้น อีกทั้งบริษัทควรจัดให้มีการรณรงค์เพื่อปลูกจิตสำนึกในเรื่องของความปลอดภัยในการทำงานให้กับพนักงานด้วย คำสำคัญ: การรับรู้ ระบบความปลอดภัยAbstract: The purposes of this study were to 1) examine the levels of employees’ awareness of the safety system in the electric motor spare parts factory of Kulthorn Material and Controls Co., Ltd. and 2) study factors affecting employees’ awareness of the safety system in the electric motor spare parts factory. A sample of this study were 92 production staffs selected from a population of 116 staffs using simple random sampling by Krejcie and Morgan table. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The data were analyzed by means of frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations. The results of this study were as followed: 1) The levels of employees’ awareness of the safety system were at a high level in an overall aspect. If looking at each aspect, it was found that aspects of the safety system control and the machine operation safety were at the highest level, followed by the aspect of the operation of personal protection equipment which was at a high level. 2) Factors affecting employees’ awareness of the safety system found that, the employees’ awareness was at a high level in overall aspect. The safety training and the communication between administrators and employees was the factors affecting the employees’ awareness of the safety system. Recommendations from the study are: Kulthorn Materials and Controls Co., Ltd should stress its importance on the safety system training by providing all employees training courses so that the employees are able to work safety. Moreover, the campaign to enhance their awareness of safety at work should be launched. Keyword: Employees’ Awareness, Safety System
