摘要：บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่องการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์สำหรับอาสาสมัคร บริษัทเอม มอเตอร์สปอร์ต (2003) จำกัด. และศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตร ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่อาสาสมัคร บริษัท เอม มอเตอร์สปอร์ต (2003) จำกัด และบุคคลที่สนใจทั่วไป เลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ( Simple Random Sampling ) จำนวน 20 ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่องการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์สำหรับอาสาสมัคร บริษัทเอม มอเตอร์สปอร์ต (2003) จำกัด มีประสิทธิภาพ 86.82/84.30 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ได้ตั้งไว้ตามสมมติฐานการวิจัย ซึ่งสรุปได้ว่าหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่องการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์สำหรับอาสาสมัคร บริษัทเอม มอเตอร์สปอร์ต (2003) จำกัด สามารถนำไปใช้ฝึกอบรมกับทุกหน่วยงานที่ปฏิบัติงาน คำสำคัญ : หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่องการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์สำหรับอาสาสมัคร บริษัทเอม มอเตอร์สปอร์ต (2003) จำกัด Abstract This research aimed to development a curriculum on vehicle maintenance for volunteer of Aim Motorsport (2003) Co.,Ltd. and test the efficiency of the curriculum following standard 80/80 The population were the volunteers of Aim Motor Sport (2003) Co., Ltd. and general people. Twenty subjects were selected by simple random sampling. Moreover, the result of a curriculum development on vehicle maintenance for volunteer of Aim Motorsport (2003) Co.,Ltd. was 86.82/84.30 and higher than the criteria at 80/80 as the hypothesis. Thus, it could be concluded that a curriculum development on vehicle maintenance for volunteer of Aim Motorsport (2003) Co.,Ltd. was workable and usable for training in every department.
