摘要：บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนารูปแบบสหกิจศึกษาสาขาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ สำหรับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการศึกษา สาขาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ในรูปแบบสหกิจศึกษา ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการและเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติที่เหมาะสมสำหรับสถานประกอบการในการดำเนินงานสหกิจศึกษาสาขาอุตสาหกรรมบริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 2–3 สาขาวิชาอุตสาหกรรมบริการผลการวิจัย รูปแบบสหกิจศึกษาสาขาอุตสาหกรรมบริการที่พัฒนาใหม่มีรายละเอียดขั้นตอนสำหรับสถานศึกษาดังนี้ ก่อนการปฎิบัติงาน คือ 1. กำหนดนโยบายและวางแผนงบประมาณในการรับนักศึกษาและบุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบ 2. กำหนดลักษณะงานของโครงการสหกิจศึกษา 3. กำหนดคุณสมบัติของนักศึกษา อาจารย์นิเทศและสถานประกอบการ 4. จัดปฐมนิเทศนักศึกษาในรูปแบบของการประชุมเชิงปฎิบัติการกลุ่มย่อย 3 กลุ่ม ในระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน 1. แจ้งให้สถานประกอบการทราบและดำเนินการในเรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์ทางด้านภาษี 2. ควรมีวันหยุด วันลา ให้กับนักศึกษาเป็นกึ่งหนึ่งหรือเทียบเท่าพนักงานทั่วไป 3. กำหนดให้อาจารย์เริ่มนิเทศงานสหกิจศึกษาและให้คำปรึกษากับนักศึกษาตลอดระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงาน และขั้นตอนสุดท้าย หลังการปฎิบัติงาน 1. อาจารย์นิเทศก์ ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจของนักศึกษาโดยให้เป็นค่าระดับคะแนนแบบตัวอักษร (A-F) แทนการให้ ผ่าน/ไม่ผ่าน 2. แจ้งผลการประเมินการปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษา จากสถานประกอบการและอาจารย์นิเทศต่อนักศึกษา คำสำคัญ: การพัฒนา รูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษา อุตสาหกรรมบริการ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน Abstract The research on the development of cooperative education model for service industry in private higher education institutions. The aim was to developed cooperative education model for service industry in private higher education institutions. Which able to meet the need of entrepreneur and also specify the suitable guideline for the institution of cooperative education model for service industry. The samples were second and third year’s students who are studying in the field of service industry program in private higher education institutions. Result on the model of cooperative education showed three steps that institute should operate. First, before sending student, 1) institute should specify the policy and plan for the budget 2) specified job description 3) specified qualification of students, supervisor and institution 4) arranged the orientation session in the form of workshop consist of 3 groups. Second, during training student, 1) informed to institution and conduct about tax benefits 2) provided holiday vacation for students half or the same amount as officer because students also come to work at office hour 3) instructional supervision and advice should provide during practical work. After training, 1) supervisor should evaluate students’ performance, the scale is a letter A-F instead of pass or fail 2) reported the result from institution and supervisor to students.
