摘要：O artigo analisa os posicionamentos políticos da burguesia industrial no Rio Grande do Sul no que se refere a dois temas presentes nas discussões sobre relações de trabalho no Brasil durante o segundo governo de Luís Inácio Lula da Silva (2007 2010): uma Proposta de Emenda Constitucional prevendo a redução da jornada de trabalho no País para 40 horas semanais e a institucionalização do Salário Mínimo Estadual.Se, por um lado, a análise registra a capacidade da burguesia industrial em atuar como força social e coletivamente organizada, por outro lado indica que os princípios da privatização, da desregulação e da flexibilização legitimaram seus posicionamentos políticos no tocante às relações de trabalho durante aquele período.
其他摘要：This article analyzes political positions of the industrial bourgeoisie in the State of Rio Grande do Sul related to two current issues in discussions about labor relations in Brazil during the second government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2007 - 2010): a Proposed Constitutional Amendment which predicted the reduction of workload in the country for 40 hours a week and the State minimum wage establishment. If, on the one hand, the analysis registers the capacity of the industrial bourgeoisie to act as an organized social collective force, on the other hand it indicates that the principles of privatization, deregulation and flexibility legitimized their political positions upon labor relations during that period.
