摘要：Este artigo tem subjacente uma intenção epistemológica, no âmbito da Educação para a Saúde (EpS).Com ele, pretendemos exemplificar como os modelos de intervenção no âmbito da EpS devem estar sustentados em paradigmas/teorias que com eles se articulam, do ponto de vista epistemológico.Quando o modelo interventivo de EpS se sustenta numa teoria incompatível, do ponto de vista epistemológico, a possibilidade de êxito de intervenção em EpS diminui substancialmente.Tal é o que pretendemos demonstrar neste artigo, estudando a (im)possível fundamentação epistemológica do modelo das Crenças da Saúde com a teoria da autopoiesis.
其他摘要：This article is based on a epistemological intention, under the Education for Health (EHC). We intend to illustrate how the intervention models within the EHC should be sustained in paradigms / theories with which they are articulated, from the epistemological point of view. As the interventional model of EHC rests on a theory inconsistent, from the epistemological point of view, the possibility of successful intervention in EHC is substantially reduced. This is what we intend to demonstrate in this article, studying the (im)possible epistemological foundation model of the Health Belief Model with the theory of autopoiesis.
