摘要：This article is an appraisal of the trade of apothecary in the kingdom of Navarre during the 14th and 15th centuries. Firstly the article brings us up to date on the health network of Navarre during this period. It then looks at the most singular features of this trade, such as the high diversifi cation of tasks undertaken, which focused not only on selling spices and medicines. Furthermore, it analyses the practice and the presence of some of these apothecaries at the service of the kings of Navarre.
