摘要：In this study, we analyze the paintings of the Saint Domingo of Guzmán, Saint Thomas of Aquino and Saint Peter of Verona of the monastery of Saint Thomas in Ávila and their iconography in relation to the original historical context. The interpretation of the images shows some aspects about the person who commissions the paintings and who designed the message, the inquisitor Torquemada, as well as his aim.
