摘要：The following work intends to show through Giorgio Agamben’s concept of negative potentiality that suspension is the immanent temporality of Paolo Virno’s notion of exodus. The argument supporting this thesis will be articulated in three different stages: firstly, we will examine the passage of Marx’s Grundrisse called “The Fragment on Machines“analyzed by Paolo Virno. In it, Virno poses that the inner nature of the concept of General Intellect entails the impossibility of placing a large part of the knowledge in the machines. On the contrary, General Intellect contains –as a necessary condition– the direct manifestation of lively work and therefore, of workforce. Secondly, we will analyze how the biological body of the individual –insomuch as it is a producing potentiality- is the foundation of biopolitics. Lastly, we will explore Giorgio Agamben’s thought into depth to maintain the posed thesis.
