摘要：The present work appears as an analysis of the role played by the industrial patrimony in cities that have been affected by processes of industrial restructuring and orientate your productive strategy towards the development of new functions that involve the reutilization and putting in value of the industrial heritage for mechanisms and with unlike aims, as it is deduced of the cases that use as empirical base: the metallurgical city of Native of Aviles and the miner Ponferrada, in the north of the country.
