摘要：This paper aims to be a general approach and a critical analysis about the transformations operated in the field of transborder communications and mobility since Europe’s opening of borders. Specifically, we shall pay special attention to the role of borders opening and transport infrastructures improvement in mobility relationships between the main Galician and Portuguese urban settlements.
