摘要：In this paper we analyse the limit values of the new EU air quality Directive (1999/30/EC) for SO 2 ; CO; NO 2 ; PM 10 and O 3 pollutans. The annual average concentrations are decreasing from 1980 to 1990; from 1990 to 2003, NO 2 and PM 10 have been stable, SO 2 and CO continuing downwards and the ozone has increased. Concentrations of NO 2 and PM 10 are higher of limit values in more of 96% of the urban stations, by contrast the highest concentrations of ozone occurs in the surronundings.
