摘要：Dear Colleagues, Regarding the rich historical and cultural background of Kermanshah as the cradle of civilization and the origin of ancient Persia and with regard to the unique hospitality of its people, it is a great occasion to host the congress of Iranian neurosurgeons from 14 to 16 Nov, 2012 in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, being enriched by the long lasting existence of the neurosurgery ward of Taleqani Hospital and valuable dedication of the great surgeons and professors to treating the wounded and injured people during the imposed war. In this congress, various issues and topics related to neural and Spinal surgery (neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, peripheral nerves, and neuroanesthesiology) will be touched upon and the latest scientific discoveries and most valuable experiences of the figures in the field will be presented through lectures, panels, and posters. During the congress time, various programs including visits to monuments and tourist attractions will add to the hopefully pleasant memory of the congress.
