摘要：Il testo propone una breve memoria storica delle esperienze degli anni 70 e 80 (i Comprensori e la Metodologia di Base, la Legge Tutela e uso del suolo e le esperienze per i centri storici, il primo Piano Paesistico) che sono state esemplari a livello nazionale, studiate e riprese da molte altre regioni italiane.Esso contiene inoltre un cenno all’attuale sistema di pianificazione (regionale, provinciale e comunale - PSC, POC,RUE) e alle esigenze di cambiamento e semplificazione che sono oggi urgenti, qui come altrove, sia nei contenuti dei piani, sia nelle loro relazioni reciproche.
其他摘要：The text provides a short historical memory of the experience of the 70s and 80s (the “Comprensori” and the “Metodologia di Base”, the “Legge tutela e uso del suolo” and experiences for historic centers, the first Piano Paesistico) that were exemplary at national level, studied and recorded by many other Italian regions. It deals also with the current system of planning (regional, provincial and municipal - PSC, POC, RUE) and the demand for change and simplification that are urgent today, here as elsewhere, both in the content of the plans, both in their relations each other.
