摘要：AbstractThis research analyzes the behavior of the demand for mortgages in Caruban by using regression analysis with Tobit model. This Paper finds that demand for mortgages in Caruban is negatively influenced by house prices. It also finds that the mortgage is positively influenced by credit interest rate and cash advance loans, the education level of the head of household, as well as indirect policy. The study finds that the age of head of household does not affect the ownership of the mortgage request. The implications of these findings is that moving the government center does not just the only moves the Government center, but it also moves businesses and residences.Keywords: Mortgage demand, tobit, house price, interest rateJEL Classification Numbers: D12, D19AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis perilaku permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) di Caruban dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan model Tobit. Paper ini menemukan bahwa permintaan KPR di Kota Caruban dipengaruhi secara negatif oleh harga rumah, serta dipengaruhi secara positif oleh tingkat bunga kredit dan uang muka kredit, tingkat pendidikan kepala rumah tangga, serta kebijakan tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa umur kepala rumah tangga tidak mempengaruhi permintaan kepemilikan KPR.
