摘要:Using the biblical experience of Christ’s epiphany as a root metaphor, the author discusses the historical development of African American participation in Catholic schools with a view towards a program design for African American leadership in school administration. Through an analysis of various levels of culture, African American Catholics are shown to be well-suited for emerging leadership roles in Catholic schools and dioceses.
